Product information "Dwarf Sawara Cypress"

This dwarf sawara cypress grows more in width than in height. When it is ten years old it reaches a height of 50 cm and a diameter of 70 cm. Very old plants can reach a height of 1 m and a width of 1.5 m.
Evergreen and very frost hardy

This dwarf sawara cypress scores with its soft, light green needles, which make the easy-care plant very ornamental throughout the entire year. It thrives in the sun or partial shade and can cope with any garden soil. Since it grows dense and evenly by itself, it does not need to be pruned.
For gardens and planters

In garden beds, Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Plumosa Nana' is a beautiful and easy-care structure plant that can be combined well with perennials or summer bloomers. With its slow, uniform growth, it is also ideal for pots, containers and planters.
