Pruning (Kelly)

Brought a 1 year old plant, do I still need to make a heading cut when dormant as with other fruit trees? Thanks

Nov 18, 2016

Pruning (Philipp Schneider)

Dear Kelly,
please do not cut the heading. This is a slow growing small tree, you do not need to prune it like a normal apple tree. Please do not cut.
Kind regards
Philipp Schneider, Lubera-Team.
