Lubera stops plant deliveries to the UK
Due to Brexit, we are not able to deliver to the UK. We are working on a solution on how we can continue to bring a wide range of Lubera plants to the UK and directly to our customers' homes in the future. However, such a solution will not be available before 2022 or 2023.

Product information "Redlove® Lollipop®"

This apple would have never actually seen the light of a wide garden audience: if it wouldn’t have been so small-hearted, if it would not have been so kitschy pink on both the inside and outside, if the tree had not bloomed such a beautifully pink and if it had not been the first Lollipop amongst the apples!
Form/appearance: Small, rounded apple that is only 4-6 cm in diameter, very regular, beautiful pink striped. The external colouring is mirrored in the flesh, which is marbled pink. If you cut the apple crosswise, we see that the outer red stripes harmonise well with the inner, red colouration
Texture/firmness: Firm and crisp, very juicy, fine-celled flesh structure is not tough, but the juice releases quickly
Flavour/aroma: Sweet, sugary sweet. The sweetest Redlove that we have selected until now. Although there is also fruit acid, the juicy sweetness dominates! Unlike some Redlove® varieties, this latest Redlove has no dry finish
Growth/health: Scab resistant, slightly susceptible to powdery mildew, very healthy growth, but slow-growing. Although the mother of this variety is Maloni Lilly, it does not have its compact growth (Maloni type), but simply a weak, normal growth, perhaps comparable to Redlove® Era®
Harvest/maturity/storage: Redlove® Lollipop® is ripe starting at the end of August, but it remains crisp and fresh on the tree until almost the end of September. Redlove® Lollipop® is an autumn variety and cannot be stored. But who stores Lollipops?

  • Ripeness/Harvest Period August, September

Redlove® Lollipop (Martin Naarendorp)

Greetings! I would like to buy some red love lollipop trees but would like to know if my site would be appropriate. The site is in full sun, south facing very windy very wet and coastal (West coast of Ireland) I have 2 Calypso trees for 2 years. They have survived but I have never had an apple as all the flowers were blown off by the wind but the trees survived and seem healthy.

Redlove® Lollipop (Sonja Dreher)

the place for itself, would be ok for the Lollipop, but if it is this windy there, it could happen, that the blossoms are also blown away.
Maybe , if possible, you can build some wind-protection for the trees, so you can have some fruits.

kind regrads

Growing Redlove Lollipop in a pot (Ray Chong)

Can you please tell me if it is possible to grow the Redlove Lollipop in a large pot on the patio? Also I bought a Redlove in late 2015 but it appears that it died after planting it.

current size (Jonah Wilson)

Hello, We've been looking at your Redlove apple trees. For those that are already 1 year old can you give me an ideas of their current size. Are they for example already more than a metre high. We need to know if we will be able to easily fit it into the back of our car. Many thanks Jonah Wilson
