Apple Bionda® Bella (Liyang)
Hello, I wonder if this apple similar as the English apple 'Greensleeves'? Is it hardy and easy to grow in the Northeast of England? Thanks.
Apple Bionda® Bella (Sonja Dreher)
Hello,
Bella Bionda ripens in October instead September like Greensleeves, it has a good shelf life (3-4 month) during storage it gets sweeter and sweeter. The Taste reminds a bit of Golden Delicious. So it can be compared to Greensleeves. Only that the colour is a bit more yellowish.
Bella Bionda is scab resistant, winterhardy and robust.
