Product information "Bush Cherry Valentine"

For cakes and for other cooking and processing purposes, many gardeners and cooks prefer bright red sour cherry varieties, because these simply work best when decorating cakes (e.g. Black Forest cake) and also other dishes. This image of a real and true sour cherry most closely corresponds to the bush cherry Valentine: shiny, an almost extraterrestrial bright red, blessed with a typical sour cherry flavour, perfectly suitable for canning or even freezing, where the fruits can later be used for decorating or improving various desserts and other dishes.
