Product information "Currant Standard Ribest® Lisette®"

Maturity: Early-mid July
Strings/berries/colour: Very large berries on compact strings, a feast for the eyes
Growth/health: Superior health, keeps its leaves the longest, grows throughout the summer
Yield: Very high regular yields, no premature fruit drop
Training: Bush, trellis, spindle

Standard currant bushes only need a small area to grow
There is room for them everywhere, even where there is no place on the ground, for example in a vegetable patch, in a perennial border, even in a rosary and in a pot on the terrace or balcony...berry standards grow healthy. The tree-like form helps the berries ventilate better and thus dry off quickly - which means less disease and more berries.

These are plants that can be enjoyed immediately and without effort once planted.
  • Lubera Breeding This plant was bred by Lubera in Switzerland and placed on the market after extensive testing at our facilities in Buchs (CH) and Bad Zwischenahn (D). In 20 years of work, Lubera's founder and breeder Markus Kobelt has bred more than 80 of his own new varieties for the home garden; they all have the goal of providing you, our customers, with more experience and flavour, easier growing and more resistant, more robust varieties.
