Leaves and fruit profile of G. Series figs (Philipp Schneider)

Dear Mr. Johary,
the leaves of figs does not have a determined profiles. Of course a variety has depply lobed leafs, another one has more unlobed leaves, but the leaf appearance will differ depending on sun light intensity, temperature, plant age and nutrients. So an identification of fig varieties by leaf profiles is not safe or helpful.
Califfo Blue has dark(!) blue/violet fruits.
But we normally do send the correct varieties.
Kind regards
Philipp Schneider, Lubera-Team.

Hello,

The are so much restrictions on importing living plants.

califfo blue fig (Your Lubera Team - Sonja Hendrischke)

Hi,
our figs will do fine in the northern climate.
In the frist three year the fig should get protection through the winter, but then it will be strong enough, to stand low temperatures.
Even if a branch freezes, the bush is strong enough to regrow.
If the fig is planted in a pot, the pot should be wrapped too, so the roots do not freeze.

Kind regards
Your Lubera Team
Sonja Hendrischke
