Product information "Artemisia stelleriana 'Mori'"
Wormwood is a beautiful, dwarf growing ornamental perennial and an absolute must for anyone who likes perennials. It has a compact but creeping habit and does not grow very high (20 to 30 cm). The foliage is silvery white, hairy and sinuated. From June to July, many, small, panicle-like inflorescences with many small whitish green flowers appear above the leaves. The plant prefers a sunny, warm location with well-drained, poor soil. It can form large, cushion-like carpets, which are a real eye-catcher. Waterlogging should be avoided. Winter protection in the form of twigs is recommended against frosts. Artemisia stelleriana 'Mori' is ideal for sunny beds, mixed borders as a carpet under richly flowering ornamental perennial such as Larkspur, perennial phlox, globe thistle and monkshood.Flower colour: Yellow, white
