Product information "Aronia - Appleberry Hugin"

Growth: Small shrub, upright, overhanging, sometimes forms runners
Foliage: Oblong, 2 to 5 cm long, glossy green, lighter on the bottom, autumn colouration is light red to dark red
Flowers/fruits: Small, white flowers, numerous in axial panicles, May, black berries starting in August/September.
Size: Height: up to 1.5 m; width: 1.5m
Location: Full sun to partial shade
Soil: All soil types, undemanding, wet or dry, sandy to loamy soils, was planted in the former Eastern bloc in the worst soils, thus grows everywhere
Planting distance: 0.8 to 1 m
