Lubera stops plant deliveries to the UK
Due to Brexit, we are not able to deliver to the UK. We are working on a solution on how we can continue to bring a wide range of Lubera plants to the UK and directly to our customers' homes in the future. However, such a solution will not be available before 2022 or 2023.

Product information "Thunberg Lespedeza, Bush Clover"

Thunberg lespedeza or bush clover is a real specialty; the flowering period extends from August to the end of October. Since the shoots of the ornamental shrub have an overhanging habit, the long, purple-crimson spikes reach the ground. If there is room – for example in a pot planting or planting next to a wall – the flowers also hang down further. This gives this red bush clover a graceful charisma. In autumn, the foliage assumes a pleasing, yellow colour. This shrub grows up to 80 cm high and with it wide, spreading growth it can be up to 1.5 m wide.
This flowering shrub can be used everywhere where it can show its overhanging splendour, i.e. in containers, on walls, in embankments – anything the imagination allows. The plant, which is in need of heat, is absolutely suitable for city climates.
Lespedeza thunbergii needs to be grown in a bright place with direct sunlight. In addition, winter protection in the form of a layer of leaves should be ensured. The freezing back of the shoots is no problem, since the plant is cut back to 15 cm in the spring.
