Product information "Creeping juniper"
Juniperus horizontalis 'Wiltonii' is a small, blue-needled conifer with a low, carpet-forming habit. It reaches a final height of up to 30-50 cm and width of 1 m. It is very slow growing and has flat, prostrate growing branches.The foliage of Juniperus horizontalis 'Wiltonii' is strikingly silver-blue and slightly darker in the winter. It prefers brighter locations and light soils. It is a good ground cover with very good hardiness. It can also be used in a rock garden or on banks to prevent erosion. This shrub is beautiful in combination with the yellow-leaved Ilex crenata 'Golden Gem' or with yellow-leaved heathers.
