With long shoots and small leaves, this periwinkle has flat growth. It quickly forms dense, about 10 to 15 cm high cushions, which are particularly attractive due to the green leaves with yellow edges. This colourful carpet is very decorative in the spring with its countless, pure white flowers.
 
The small, colourful, leafy ground cover grows particularly well in the partial shade or shade of large trees and shrubs. This periwinkle can also withstand sunnier locations. Care must be taken that the soil is sufficiently moist. Under optimal conditions care measures are hardly necessary. Basic fertilisation in the spring will be rewarded with good growth. If the plants get out of shape, they can be cut back at any time.
