Product information "Euonymus fortunei 'Silverstone' - Spindle"

Plant per square meter: 8-12 pieces

Euonymus fortunei 'Silverstone'® grow as a broad and bushy, evergreen shrub up to 15 cm in height and in width.

A very special ornamental feature is the small, dark green foliage that is adorned with white speckles. Especially the young shoot tips appear as almost completely white, luminous leaves with single, green speckles and are thus a particularly decorative eye-catcher. In autumn, the leaves are coloured pink and all shades of green. Throughout the entire winter 'Silverstone'® is a true firework of colour.

This dwarf euonymus is very versatile. Due to its unusual colour accents, it is impressive in both parks and gardens as well as on balconies and terraces.
As an undemanding dwarf shrub variety, 'Silverstone'® is extremely tough and undemanding. It feels particularly comfortable in sunny to partially shaded locations. It is sensitive to waterlogging and therefore prefers well-drained soils. The plant is not reliably winter hardy, especially in rough locations and in very cold winters. It mostly freezes back and loses its leaves. In the spring, the shoots willingly appear again. Winter protection is therefore highly advisable.
