Lubera stops plant deliveries to the UK
Due to Brexit, we are not able to deliver to the UK. We are working on a solution on how we can continue to bring a wide range of Lubera plants to the UK and directly to our customers' homes in the future. However, such a solution will not be available before 2022 or 2023.

Product information "Lawson's Cypress 'Ivonne'"

A fantastic growth form

Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Ivonne' forms a narrow, tightly erect and closed cone shape. This makes it a beautiful structure plant, both for garden beds and for larger planters. After ten years, the plant grows about 150 cm high and 80 cm wide. Old specimens can reach a height of up to 5 m after decades.

Attractive needles

The scale-shaped needles shine in a warm, golden yellow colour. Even during the winter, this beautiful colour is maintained. However, 'Ivonne' should not be placed in full shade, as the yellow shoots would then turn green. Sunny or partially shaded locations are optimal.

Winter hardy and easy to care for

Lawson's cypress 'Ivonne' is not demanding regarding the soil; it grows in both acidic and alkaline substrates. It does not need to be pruned and it is completely hardy. The beautiful, uniform, cone-shaped plant can also be used well as an opaque and decorative privacy screen.
