Product information "Columnar Irish yew"

Taxus baccata 'Fastigiata Robusta' is a very narrow, columnar conifer with a multi-pointed crown. It is slow growing and reaches a height of up to 3-4 m; the width is maximum 1 m. The needles are dark green and glossy. This cultivar is suitable for nutrient-rich, not too moist locations. It tolerates light shade and pruning. It is best planted as a specimen tree. The entire plant is toxic, especially the seeds within the decorative, red berries. This yew is very hardy and deep rooting.
