Lubera stops plant deliveries to the UK

Syringa 'Miss USA' is an upright growing lilac with white, upright and sometimes branched panicles with long, tubular, pink flowers. 'Miss USA' is also known under the name 'Agnes Smith'; it has a unique fragrance.
