Product information "Prostrate Broom"

Cistus x dansereaui 'Decumbens' is a wide spreading, dwarf evergreen shrub with an average plant height of 20 cm. It has small, green, lance-shaped leaves. The golden yellow flowers appear abundantly in May and June. Great colour contrasts arise when this plant is partnered with Salvia nemorosa.

This rock rose has good hardiness and loves light, sandy soils with good drainage. This low-growing plant is also a good choice for rock gardens or containers because it is very tolerant to drought. Prune slightly after flowering. Plants per square meter: 3 pieces.
