Product information "Armeria maritima 'Alba'"
Sea thrift is a popular perennial cushion and very versatile. From early May until well into July, it forms varied, small, white flower balls above the grass-like foliage, which is only 15 cm high. This plant is found naturally on the coasts of the North and Baltic Seas. Armeria maritima 'Alba' prefers full sun and well-drained, rather sandy soils. It should be transplanted every three to four years because it is accustomed to push through its growth from the ground, like many varieties in the pink family. This cushion perennial should be planted in rock gardens, stone enclosures and containers.Flower colour: White
