Product information "Euphorbia myrsinites"
Broad-leaved glaucous spurge is a perennial that is ideal for rock gardens and stone enclosures. It has a clump-like habit with low-growing shoots. It has ovate, bluish green, fleshy leaves that are arranged spirally around the shoots. In the period from May to June, greenish yellow, compact inflorescences appear at the shoot tips. This perennial prefers locations in full sun with dry, calcareous soils. It should therefore be planted in rockeries, on wall crowns, in gravel beds and in containers. In the winter, a slight protection using brushwood should be given in order to protect it from drying out in the winter sun. Contact with the plant’s milky sap causes skin irritation, therefore gloves should be worn when handling the plant.Flower colour: Yellow
