Product information "Lathyrus vernus"

Lathyrus vernus is a perennial spring pea that does not climb. It has clump-like growth and intense, violet flowers.
Spring pea is a ground covering shrub with fresh green, pinnate leaves. Lathyrus vernus prefers partial shade and soils that are rich in humus and nutrients. It is an indicator of lime, i.e. it is not very suitable for acidic soils.
The perfect location for this plant is near shrubs or in the light shade of deciduous trees, near small hosta varieties.
