Product information "Phlomis russeliana"
Phlomis russeliana originates from the Syrian peninsula. However, the undemanding and decorative ground cover also grows well in our region. The green, rough, lanceolate-shaped leaves grow in tiers on shoots that are up to 100 cm high.
Arranged in whorls, the pale yellow flowers appear from July and August. Even the winter can wrest a beautiful aspect of the Turkish sage, even when the frost covers the dry inflorescences with silver.
This perennial should be planted in a sunny location. Planted in the ground it does not have any great requirements, except that the soil should be loose and permeable.
