Product information "Euphorbia polychroma"

Many-coloured spurge is one of the better-known spurges, which provides versatile applications. It has very compact, almost spherical growth. In early spring, the wide, lanceolate, completely edged, matt, very finely hairy leaves develop. In the period from June until well into July, it forms greenish yellow umbels that actually consist of coloured bracts with tiny flowers. This perennial prefers full sun and dry, calcareous, well-drained soils. Euphorbia polychroma can be used in perennial beds, rock gardens, stone enclosures, and also in dry areas near shrubs. Even in natural plantings, for example, on slopes, it is attractive. Contact with the plant’s milky sap causes skin irritation, therefore gloves should be worn when handling the plant.
