Product information "Brunnera macrophylla 'Mr. Morse' (S)"

Siberian bugloss is a wonderful perennial for shade that should not be missing. The variety 'Mr. Morse' is the white flowering counterpart to Brunnera macrophylla 'Mrs. Morse'. Its growth is clump-like; spherical bushes develop that have a height of about 40 cm. Starting in April, a large number of small, pure white, forget-me-not flowers appear above the rough, heart-shaped, silvery white leaves. This plant grows especially well in shady locations with sandy-loamy to humus and nutrient-rich soils. A sunnier location is also tolerated, as long as it has sufficient soil moisture. Brunnera macrophylla 'Mr. Morse' for is particularly well suited for shady beds and as an underplanting in conjunction with barrenwort, Bergenia and primroses it comes to its best advantage.
