Lubera stops plant deliveries to the UK
Due to Brexit, we are not able to deliver to the UK. We are working on a solution on how we can continue to bring a wide range of Lubera plants to the UK and directly to our customers' homes in the future. However, such a solution will not be available before 2022 or 2023.

Product information "Buglossoides purpurocaerulea"

Purple gromwell is a ground covering perennial that is very fast growing. It can grow up to 30 cm high, while its shoots lay loosely on the ground. Once the shoot tip gets into contact with the soil it roots very quickly. Grape-like, gentian blue flowers appear above the lanceolate, rough, hairy leaves appear from April until well into July. Since this ground cover is very undemanding, it can cope with almost any soil situation and can be planted in both sun and shade. Only locations with extreme waterlogging it cannot tolerate. Purple gromwell can be planted in larger perennial beds as well as near shrubs. It has a particularly good effect near foxgloves, bellflowers and astilbes.
