Product information "Cassissima® Noiroma®"
Maturity: Early, late June, before NevaFruits: Extremely large, individual fruits on medium long strings. Single fruits can also be harvested
Flavour: Has the highest sugar content of all cassis varieties.; only a subtle cassis flavour. The result is that this variety is often enjoyed by non-cassis-eaters as a dessert fruit
Growth/health: Very strong, very upright habit; for hedges; mildew resistant

Thanks to the extremely large fruits and the high sugar content, more and more people who don’t really like blackcurrants are turning towards the Cassissima® varieties. The blackcurrant is a dessert fruit, a berry that is also enjoyed fresh.
