Lubera stops plant deliveries to the UK

Product information "Raspberry Primeberry® Autumn First®"

Cultivation: Bears fruit on this year’s canes; all canes should be cut back to the ground in February/March of the following year
Maturity: Very early, from early August to late September
Fruits: Large, very uniform, conical fruits that are light in colour, excellent in taste, a significant improvement of Autumn Bliss
Growth: Very stable, upright, can be grown without a framework
Health: Robust, healthy, resistant to cane diseases, no worms
What are Lubera primeberries?
The primeberries are the EASY raspberries from the breeder programme at Lubera. Cut down all the canes in February - and starting in August the wonderful raspberries can be harvested on this year's canes. Here, the progress of the primeberries compared to the previous autumn raspberry varieties is striking:

These are plants that can be enjoyed immediately and without effort once planted.
  • Lubera Breeding This plant was bred by Lubera in Switzerland and placed on the market after extensive testing at our facilities in Buchs (CH) and Bad Zwischenahn (D). In 20 years of work, Lubera's founder and breeder Markus Kobelt has bred more than 80 of his own new varieties for the home garden; they all have the goal of providing you, our customers, with more experience and flavour, easier growing and more resistant, more robust varieties.

What are the improvement qualities in comparison with Autumn Bliss variety?
