Product information "Goji Sweet Amber®"
Maturity: From the end of August to the beginning of OctoberBerries: Amber-coloured, about 2 cm large, oblong berries
Flavour: Sweet Amber® has no bitter aftertaste. Well, fresh, sweet berries that we often read about, I've never enjoyed; at best, fresh goji are comparable to nearly ripe tomatoes, and can be used in salads, etc. Dried Goji are sweeter and better. But can it really be good, that which is healthy???
Growth/health: Robust, healthy growth, growth is about 0.5 - 1 m per year; the maximum height is 2.50 m
Yield: Bears fruit starting in the second year after planting
Advantages of the yellow vitamin bomb
• Only moderate growth, also for growing in pots
• Undemanding plant, also grows in less fertile soils, likes sunny locations
• No dangerous alkaloids in ripe fruit
• In addition to the fruit yield and the health value of the fruits, Goji Sweet Amber is a beautiful and attractive ornamental shrub starting at the end of August; the amber-coloured fruits enliven the autumn garden with a warm, enticing colour.
• Use fresh in salads, as a jam, in beverages (including tea)...
