Product information "DeliDahlia® Hapet® Fantastic"
The Delidahlia® Hapet® Fantastic is the highest growing dahlia in the Delidahlia® range that is suitable for background plantings and even as a temporary hedge in midsummer. In the tests, Fantastic was noticed mainly because of its special flavour and fragrance, including its smoky “perfume”. This is coupled with a more neutral, slightly sour taste.Dahlia group: Hedge dahlia

Tips
How do you eat Delidahlias®?
On one hand, almost all ways of preparing potatoes are possible with the dahlia tubers. (e.g. hash browns), but it is also worthwhile to prepare the Delidahlias® as a vegetable (15 minutes in a pressure cooker). Then it is left to the creativity of the individual chef to design, create and combine: e.g. dahlias with a hollandaise sauce, curry sauce, applesauce... the combination possibilities are almost limitless. Try it! Oh and one more thing: Of course it is also worth it to decorate the dahlia dishes with the last dahlia flowers or to make one last dahlia bouquet for the dining table.
