Lubera stops plant deliveries to the UK
Due to Brexit, we are not able to deliver to the UK. We are working on a solution on how we can continue to bring a wide range of Lubera plants to the UK and directly to our customers' homes in the future. However, such a solution will not be available before 2022 or 2023.

The Lubera growth guarantee

The core of our service philosophy is the Lubera guarantee.

We guarantee the arrival and continuing growth of our plants for the following six months. If problems occur during this period, please contact our customer service. If the problem is due to the plant, we will provide you with a replacement without discussion. But we ask for your understanding that we cannot provide guarantee services for external influences such as wind, frost or mice, i.e. influencing factors that have nothing to do with the quality of our plants.

For all technical questions about gardening please take note of the opportunity to ask questions in our shop (currently being set up). These questions are integrated with our customer service and will also be published in the "Advice" section of our website. This has the advantage that not only our customers, but also other gardeners can find answers to their questions. More important still: Both the questions and answers are public and thus visible to all of our shop visitors.

We strive to provide you with the best quality. Nevertheless it can happen – unfortunately – that there are errors and misunderstandings. Our customer service is there to fix the mistakes and to straighten out misunderstandings. To help you avoid unnecessary trouble, please follow these instructions when dealing with complaints:

If the plants have defects or damage caused by transport, call or email us immediately upon receipt of the plants. Our customer service will find a solution. If necessary (e.g. for transport damage), we will replace the plants.

For you and for us it is easiest if you contact our customer service by email ( and send us a picture of the problem at the same time.

If our plants are not continuing to grow in your garden and you would like to claim the Lubera growth guarantee, please contact us. Likewise via email and please send us a picture of the plant.

Return policy
You have the right to return the plants to us within two weeks of receipt. If no delivery-related reasons for this return are present (e.g. damage, etc.) you must bear the costs of the return shipment.
